Guys let me tell you being in shape is an attractive quality. Women like guys that are in good shape. Now you don't have to be a crazy guy on drugs to the point you go nuts. Sometimes guys that workout to much suffer from psychological disorders that communicate a fear of socializing. Yet we can't avoid the clear fact that women like guys that look good. So get on a workout plan that works for you and set goals to improve your physical health. Generally I've found girls go for more of a toned body. They don't care if you can lift a car but at the same time they like nice arms, chest muscles, and a six pack. I work out five times a week and have sex around the same amount if you can have that sort of dedication you will be fine.

P.S. If you think just looks will get you laid you're very wrong. It takes allot more than just that.
